On the project itself
Every figure comes from the client's own site, listing or system, on a known date.
Audits, websites, AI tools and clinic systems we have delivered. Each figure below was measured on the project itself. Client names appear once they approve it in writing.
IntelliAIScale's portfolio covers website audits for a Montréal bakery, a Haitian food brand and a U.S. rideshare start-up, a bilingual website for an agri-food consulting firm, an AI clinical note assistant and a review and missed-call system for a Montréal physiotherapy clinic, and the rebuild of intelliaiscale.com itself.
A clinic in the Action Sport Physio network, co-owned by Darly. Baseline measured at the start; reply rate, reviews answered, calls recovered and new bookings are published at day 90.
Built for the same clinic. Names and identifiers are removed on the clinician's computer before anything reaches the AI, and no health data is stored. Bilingual manual and security sheet delivered. It goes live after the privacy impact assessment required by Québec's Law 25.
The owner had an audit written by an AI tool but no time to act on it. We measured six public pages and checked every recommendation against the live site before any work started.
The brand sells in grocery stores, not online, so the whole strategy is built on store rotation: ads aimed around each point of sale, a store-locator landing page, and an “Ask your grocer for it” campaign.
The founder's test: describe the company from its website alone. We answered it, measured what search engines can read on every page, checked the mobile apps and security headers, and priced the fixes in six packages.
Logo designed and revised with the founder, then a bilingual site presenting nine services, built mobile-first and checked at phone width before every delivery.
Mock-ups of the home page, a bilingual announcement with its WhatsApp version and a shop page, presented live to the leadership. Build in progress.
The site you are reading: rebuilt in English and French, moved to a fast host while booking, forms, payments and email kept running in the CRM. Every old address checked after the switch.
Every figure comes from the client's own site, listing or system, on a known date.
A client's name appears only with their written approval. Until then, we describe the business.
Nothing about patients is ever shown, only business results.
The first five clinics get NeverMiss AI at the founder setup rate, in exchange for a measured case study published with their approval.
